Q. How long does a photo shoot session last?
A. Sessions last up to one hour.
Q. How many people can I have in my photo shoot session?
A. Our studio takes up to 7 people in one sitting, whether its family or friends.
Q. How do I book a session with you?
A. Please call the studio on 020 8749 6417 and we will check availability for you.
Q. Do I need to pay anything before my photo shoot?
A. No. All we ask for is a small deposit of £10 to hold your booking.
Q. What do I bring to my photo shoot?
A. Bring a variety of clothing with you. Ideally up to 3 different outfits, any style you like. This can include anything from your favourite T-Shirt to your sexiest outfit.
Q. Do you provide props for my shoot?
A. Yes we do but we encourage you to bring your own props as this makes your images more personal. If you have any hobbies, interests or favourite items please bring them along. Some examples may be sunglasses, hats, musical instruments, sports equipment or childrens favourite toys.
Q. What if I arrive late to my session?
A. If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your session time, we will have to reschedule you in for another appointment.
Q. What happens during my photo shoot?
A. Once we’ve had our meet and great with you, we will go through everything from outfit changes to poses. By this time, we hope you would have made yourselves comfortable in our studio and ready to start your photo shoot.
Q. Do you do my makeup before the shoot?
A. We offer a makeup service at an extra charge. Please enquire when booking your photo shoot.
Q. When do I get to see my photos?
A. We will invite you back within one week of your photo shoot to see your slideshow viewing. We will also go through our whole product range and price list with you.
Q. How much do the photos cost?
A. We offer a wide range of products with various sizing options. Prices start from £49 for a 7”x5” framed photo.
Q. When do I pay for my photos?
A. We take full payment for photos on the day of your viewing.
Q. How long will it take to receive my images?
A. Your photos will take 3-4 weeks to be ready for your collection.
Q. How long do you keep my images for?
A. We keep your photos for up to 6 months on our database after your first viewing. Please give us a call if you wish to have another viewing.
Q. Can I buy Vital Studios gift vouchers?
A. Yes. You can buy gift vouchers in denominations of £5, £10, £20 by calling the studio.
